John also serves with the Mentoring Alliance Singapore, where he contributes to the development of standards and best practices in youth mentoring. He earned his Doctorate in Ministry from Fuller Seminary in the USA, and he holds a Diploma in Adult and Continuing Education (DACE) along with ACTA qualifications. Dr. John is also a Consulting Trainer with Applied Suicide Intervention Skills Training (ASIST) at LivingWorks Education. Tony is an experienced Mental and Behavioral Health professional with 12+ years of clinical expertise, specializing in Childhood Trauma, PTSD, dual diagnosis, addiction, personality disorders, and major mental health issues. He holds a Master's in Clinical Psychology from Curtin University, Australia, and serves as a registered clinical supervisor for three universities in Canada, Netherlands and Germany, guiding Master's in Psychology students during their clinical training. Tony's wide-ranging expertise encompasses addiction therapy (substance and behavioral), trauma and C-PTSD therapy, dysfunctional family systems, Co-dependency and relational issues, life coaching, clinical hypnotherapy, past life regression therapy, inner child work, training, clinical consultation, supervision, EMDR, Brainspotting, and NLP training. His proficiency extends to working with youth, adults, treatment-resistant clients, PTSD cases, and families. Furthermore, Tony specializes in Dissociative Identity Disorder (DID) and Personality Disorders treatment, having received extensive training in trauma therapy. Besides being a active clinician working with complex mental health patients, he also doubled up as an interventionist and trainer for mental health related training. He also runs 2 inpatient rehabs in Thailand (Treehouse Thailand and 180 Sanctuary) and travels extensively to train individuals for trauma and mental health work using NLP as a treatment modality.
Chooi Seng is a registered Clinical Supervisor with over 35 years of clinical practice. He is also a Master Therapist specializing in Trauma & Grief Work. Chooi Seng has extensive experience teaching both local and international practitioners in the field of trauma healing. He holds certification as an advanced-level facilitator from the Trauma Healing Institute (USA) and received personal training and supervision from the Israeli disaster crisis and trauma unit. In addition to his clinical work, Chooi Seng served as the first Executive Director of Focus on the Family Singapore in the late 1990s and previously chairs the work of St. Andrew's Lifestream, a Counseling and Psycho Education Agency in Singapore. He is also a certified Prepare/Enrich Facilitator Trainer & Marriage Counselor.
Glenn is the Co-Founder of Breakthrough Academy, and the course developer & master trainer of counselling skills training pathway (basic, intermediate and advanced). He is the consulting and instructional designer for various training programs in the area of human performance. As a Human Behavioural Psychologist and Psycho-Educator, he has trained nearly 500,000 professionals, social workers, counsellors & educators. He is also credentialed in 30 over psychological profiling instruments, and numerous other clinical modalities. Glenn's specialty is in strategic therapeutic interventions. He brings with him 18yrs of ground experience & scientific knowledge, and augments his work by lecturing and training others.
