Kevin is a Senior Educational Psychologist who has worked with MOE HQ, MSF, SSI and NCSS. He holds a Master of Arts (Applied Psychology) and is a registered Chartered Psychologist with the British Psychological Society (BPS) During his tenure at MSF, he provided professional consultation under the Office of the Chief Psychologist and the Clinical and Forensic Psychology Service. Subsequently, he was seconded to the Social Service Institute, where he led a team of trainers in enhancing the capacity of social service professionals in utilizing the CANSYLS/CMI tools. He also holds a WSQ Advanced Certificate in Training & Assessment.
