CTRT 101 Course Overview
CTRT 101 Certification Course is a basic (abridged version) training of the powerful Choice Theory-Reality Therapy (CTRT) psychotherapeutic modality used in counselling and clinical therapy. It's suite of therapeutic concepts, frameworks, and questioning methods helps clients peel off their masks and take control of their lives.
You will also learn practitioner skills, strategies, and techniques to help you and your clients discover core needs, choices, and tools to overcome their challenges and build lasting positive changes.

Dr Anthony Wong is one of less than 5 active Accredited Instructors with the William Glasser Institute (WGI) in Singapore, who can officially certify learners in the CTRT modality.
He is also a Master Clinical Member and Supervisor with SAC (Singapore Association for Counselling), and an APSAC Certified Substance Abuse Counsellor and Trauma-focused psychotherapist.
He is formally trained in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Interpersonal Psychotherapy (IPT), EMDR and Narrative Therapy, and actively supervises counselling professionals across modalities.
Anthony is known for his calm presence, relational depth, and ability to guide individuals and professionals through difficult territory with clarity and care. His teaching helps people move from stuck patterns to intentional, values-aligned living.
